Pink Lady
Ingredients
- 2 ounce Reposado Rosa
- ½ ounce Cointreau
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
Hard shake all ingredients together over good ice in a shaker tin until the egg white is frothy and emulsified. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with raspberries.
