Jalisco Sour
Ingredients
- 2 ounce Añejo Reserva
- ½ agave syrup
- ¾ ounce lime juice
- ¾ ounce red wine
- 1 egg white
Directions
Shake all ingredients vigorously except red wine with ice in a shaker tin. Fine strain over a large rock in a double rocks glass, then carefully pour red wine on top to float.
